Sesshomaru X 1/2 Demon! Reader

Won't lie Sesshomaru had some of my favorite character development in the show, he went from hating humans (Which he did have a good reason, as much as I don't hate Inuyasha's mom she was still a homewrecker, and I don't care how much the spoiled princess loved the dog demon daddy when she became aware of his first son and wife, she should have at least tried to be reasonable. I honestly am kinda miffed at Toge for sleeping with her too, but at the same time it's a passive irritation since Sesshomaru's mom didn't seem mad anyways so it may have been less of a secret family and more of a secret harem MAYBE) but he went from hating humans to raising a little human girl and declaring that nothing was worth her life.

Also, the kids are named after characters I enjoy, Seizou is from Basilisk Ouka Ninja Scroll (The basilisk is not for the faint of heart, easily triggered or those with sex-based trauma. It's a very dark anime, highlighted by the historical accuracy sprinkled throughout including some of the darker aspects involving certain behaviors), Kaoru is named after the main female and love interest of Rurouni Kenshin and I can't remember who Sanabe is named after. I wrote this years ago and watch a lot of shorted somewhat lesser-known anime. I'll probably remember later.

Sesshomaru walked quietly down the dirt path, it was a bit late in the day and he was searching for a place to camp so that Rin and Kohaku could rest. They, along with Jaken, and Ah Un, followed the dog lord. Though they quickly came to a stop at the rustling of something moving through the woods, Kohaku was quick to push Rin behind him. Though to their surprise a young woman tumbled out of the brush, she was battered, and her scent told the demons of the group that she was half demon. When she took notice of them, she tried to push herself up and move away, absolute fear on her face. "It's... A girl..." This beautiful statement slipped from the mouth of the little green imp; Rin simply giggled. Sesshomaru simply watched the girl, that was until a voice could be heard from the direction the girl had been running from. "My sweet little songbird, if you continue to try and fly away, I'll surely have to clip your wings." The girl seemed to freeze, they barely caught the look of terror on her face before she managed to force herself up and try to run away.

Sesshomaru looked back towards where the voice came from, right as his golden gaze reached the brush line a vine of thorns had burst free and grabbed the girl by the ankle. She was yanked into the air and slammed down, her arm giving a sickening crack as it made contact with the ground and the young half demon had fallen unconscious from the pain that wracked her whole body. He was quick to sever the vine, with Rin being there he didn't want the girl to watch the battered woman die. "Jaken take Rin away from here."  The young imp was quick to obey, but Rin paused. "Are you gonna help her Lord Sesshomaru?" Her chocolate gaze flitted to the unmoving woman, the woman seeming to barely breathe. Sesshomaru had looked to Rin, then gave a sigh. "I suppose... She's obviously incapable of protecting herself..." Rin had immediately perked up, hoping the woman might even come with them so that she wasn't the only girl in the group.

"Come on silly girl, we need to get going!" Rin was quick to follow the imp and the two headed dragon after that, Sesshomaru having proceeded to approach the unconscious woman. He took in the sight of her (H/l) (H/c) hair, matted and tangled. Her (S/t) skin was bruised, some scars here and there. She was likely some kind of servant or slave, but even still something about her interested him. Though being in such poor condition he could still say that she was pretty, maybe in a perfect state she could even be considered beautiful. He had witnessed many beautiful demons, but she was different. Maybe it was because she was half demon, because she is almost like a forbidden fruit. Exotic, rebellious, her very existence was considered a sin to both humans and demons. His thoughts were interrupted when what appeared to be an older monk stumbled out of the woods, but he was not tricked by this illusion. By scent alone he knew it was a serpentine demon in disguise, when the lesser demon took notice of him, he smiled.

"Hello there young man, do forgive me I'm afraid I was lost in the woods for some time." His voice was like that of a regular human male's, but Sesshomaru didn't miss how the man's eyes glanced back and forth to the woman and himself. Sesshomaru could only smirk at the demon's pathetic facade, knowing the demon had likely recognized him and was debating on running. Unfortunately Sesshomaru didn't care, simply cutting the creature down as he wasn't worth communicating with. As the demon's corpse turned to ash Sesshomaru turned his attention to the girl, kneeling down to look at her. 'Well Rin is still a little girl... I suppose she does need a mother figure.'  And that was that, with his choice made he carefully lifted the woman into his arms and carried her off as he followed the scent of the ever growing group he was making.

"And that was how I met your father." The woman's voice had faded off, she sat on the outer porch of the home she shared with her husband. Sanabe had looked to his older sister and smiled slightly, he tried to be stoic but in reality, he was just shy and putting up a front. "Hello Rin, I take it things went well?" Rin had gone to gather some stuff from the forest while Sesshomaru cleared the demons out from the forest around their home, he did it every so often to try and ensure their safety. "Yeah, I got a bunch of herbs and wild fruits. Lord Sesshomaru went to your room to take off his armor."

(Y/n) listened and moved to stand, giving the girl a smile. "Wonderful, why don't you three help Rin bring in the pouches. Perhaps we can use some of those fruits for tonight's dessert." The mention of a sweet treat had the three gone, making Rin giggle and go to make sure they didn't mess anything up. (Y/n) proceeded to the room she shared with her husband, finding him in just his hakama as he was about to put on the top. "Hello, my love, I take it the forest is safe now? The children wish to visit the waterfall." She closed the door behind her, moving to help him place his top on. It was not that she had to, but between them it was like subtle affection. He could be somewhat affectionate behind closed doors, out in the open he displayed his love in ways some might miss. But she never did. "We can take them tomorrow morning, it's been some time since you all have gone swimming." He always went with them, even if he didn't get in the water he'd sit at the edge and watch over them. He may not have been the most adoring husband outwardly, but his family always knew that they were loved.

Sesshōmaru is a prideful and aloof demon, so his obsession starts subtly. Maybe you catch his eye in a group of people, maybe he just noticed you while lingering around a town, or he just caught a glimpse at you out of nowhere

His obsession manifests as a quiet, possessive protectiveness. Sesshōmaru doesn’t say he cares for you, instead, he ensures no harm ever comes your way. You may never even see the dangers he eliminates before they reach you.

Hes greedy, the thought of anyone else having you enrages him, though he keeps his jealousy tightly controlled (at least outwardly).

Sesshōmaru’s protective nature is suffocating. He’s always nearby, even if you don’t see him. If someone so much as looks at you the wrong way, they’ll find themselves staring into the cold, golden glare of a daiyōkai.

He doesn’t trust anyone else with your safety, not even Rin or Jaken. The idea of you traveling or being somewhere far from his watchful eye is unbearable to him.

If you try to fight him on this, he’ll listen silently but won’t change his behavior. To him, it’s not up for discussion.

Sesshōmaru knows of the dangers to the world (considering he is one) and how much damage it can do to humans, he will manipulate situations to ensure your always by his ssid

He subtly isolates you from others by convincing you they are untrustworthy or have ill intentions, he wants you to be reliant on him.

If you express a desire to leave or travel without him, he may let you go, but only to a point. If he deems the situation too dangerous or finds you too distant from him, he’ll bring you back, no matter your protests.

Despite his stoic exterior, Sesshōmaru is passionate. He shows his affection in small ways: leaving behind gifts of rare flowers, ensuring you have warm clothing, or shielding you with his mokomoko-sama.

He’s not vocal about his feelings but expects you to understand his actions as love. If you question him, he might respond with a cold, “You should know already.”

Sesshōmaru doesn’t tolerate rejection well. If you ever tried to leave him, he’d take it as a personal offense and a challenge to his authority. You’re his, and he doesn’t care about your objections when it comes to keeping you safe.

Sesshōmaru’s temper is rarely unleashed, but it’s terrifying when it happens. If you ever tried to escape or form a relationship with someone else, he would lose his composure.

He’d find you no matter where you go. His rage would be palpable, though he wouldn’t direct it at you, only at those who “influenced” your behavior.

Sesshōmaru would never harm you, but his patience is not infinite. He would do whatever it takes to ensure you stay by his side, even if it means taking drastic measures to bind you to him permanently.

You signed in content to finally be out of the clothing your father always made you wear. “Poesidon, are you ready for dinner?” You called out, leaving the bedroom. You found your boyfriend sitting on the couch looking scared. You raised an eyebrow before sitting down next to him. “What's wrong?” You asked. Poseidon took a deep breath before turning to face you.

“Your father is coming over.” Is all he said before your eyes widened. ‘Damn it father! What are you doing?!’ You hissed in your mind. You were scared that your father wouldn’t like your boyfriend. You both stood from the couch and rushed to the kitchen to prepare dinner. You mentally smacked yourself for not remebering that your father would be coming over for dinner. It worried you. Poseidon was absolutely terrified of your father. You could understand why though. Your dad was pretty scary. 

The sound of knocking on the door made both you and Posiedon jump. You took a deep breath before snapping your fingers. Your clothing from before reappeared on your body and you walked towards the door. “Father! Please come in.” You said, moving out of the way to let him in. Sesshomaru looked around the house and narrowed his eyes. He huffed before entering the house. Poseidon liked the more traditional housing and you couldn’t argue with that. You liked it too. 

Sesshomaru didn’t say much but his body language and eyes said plenty. Poseidon began to place the food on the table but was sweating profusely. He was terrified of your father. You felt bad for him. “Dad, can you calm the deadly aura down a bit? He’s not going to do something funny. I’ve been dating him for three years now. I absolutely love him.” You said, sitting down next to Poseidon. Sesshomaru looked between the two of you before sighing. 

“What does he think of your demon dog?” He asked. Poseidon felt a smile appear on his lips. “I love her demon dog sir. The first time she transformed, it was the best thing in the world. Not only that but she is strong.” He said, his eyes sparkling as he remembered the first battle you had been apart of. Sesshomaru watched him before a ghost of a smile appeared on his face. He stood from the table after eating and talking with his daughter and her boyfriend for a bit. He walked towards the door and stopped. 

“Take care of my little girl, Poseidon. Or I will have your head.” He said, opening the door and leaving the house. Poseidon felt his mind spinning. He nodded his head and watched as the door closed and the sound of Sesshomaru leaving calmed his nerves. You turned to Poseidon and found him taking a deep breath before laughing. “That was scary. Your dad is absolutely terrifying when he wants to be.” He said, standing up from the table and taking the empty dishes to the sink to clean them. You smiled and followed. “You know, the fact that this ended with him saying what he said means that he excepts you dating me right?” You said, handing him a few more dirty dishes before switching sides to dry the clean ones. 

Poseidon looked at you from the corner of his eye. “Seriously? What happened to the others that you dated before me then?” he asked, though he knew that he wouldn’t like the answer. You chuckled before explaining to him that every date you have had before him, ended up dead by your father. He shivered. “The question that he asked you was the same question that he asks everyone. My demon dog isn’t something sweet and gentle but he wanted to hear someone say that they loved it no matter what it looked like, and you did.” You said. 

Poseidon smiled. “Well yeah, I wasn’t going to lie and say that I didn’t like it. I cuddled with your demon dog the first time you transformed.” He said, causing you to laugh loudly. Once the dishes had been cleaned and everything had been put away, the two of you walked towards your bedroom. You both were exhausted from everything that had happened and just wanted to sleep. Your demon dog appeared and laid on the ground, your eyes closed and gentle snoring could be heard. Poseidon smiled before finding his spot against your fur and falling into a peaceful slumber. 

Yeah, he would never give you up. You were his, and he was yours.

ok so idk if your still doing Sesshomaru x reader anymore but I’ve had this idea in my head for a while and I’m not a writer hahah. Ok so…. Sesshomaru x gender neutral reader (or female which ever) and they could be a demon or human. So my idea is basically they have a child together and for their safety and the child’s safety they go to the modern world with kagome. So they have lived in the modern world for a few years and perhaps the reader has a boyfriend now (if you want) and maybe the relationship is either toxic or they are planning their future but Sesshomaru comes looking for his lover 🤭. And perhaps they end up going back with Sesshomaru after a bit and then they readjust to livening with him and their child.

I have one other idea so still reader (demon probably) x Sesshomaru but they are mates and the reader is learning how to love with Sesshomaru as his mate and ruler with him. And how they reader adapts with this. And perhaps there can be kids later or not idc that much.

well…i really think that at the time sesshomaru was very deprived sexually.

Uninvited (Sesshomaru x Modern Reader Part 3)

It officially has a title! :D I am very excited this tumblr exclusive, at least for now, has a title and I even started to brain storm how to make this more complex for AO3 if it ever ends up there. This might just be a different story all together. I am going to go back to my other parts and put the links for the following section in each. So part 1 will take you to part 2, part 2 to 1 and 3 and so on and so forth.

I am very excited for this. I am having so much fun just writing this short story it’s been a blast!

Sesshomaru returned to the stars twinkling above him. He was indeed back where he belonged. No sooner had he jumped from the well did his half-brother dash to greet him. There were a lot of questions shooting off from his mouth annoyingly quickly. Landing on the soft grass with effortless grace, Sesshomaru flipped his hair over his right shoulder and began to walk in he direction of the village. Inuyasha spouted insults towards him which the demon lord ignored. Sesshomaru wanted to know if any time had passed while he was on the other side. Was it a few days, months, years? Whatever the case, he would find out by checking on one creature.

Entering the hut, he was relieved to be greeted by a youthful smile. She was still small, still innocent and still beamed to see him. She was around twelve now, and in a few years, she would wed and carry on a life most mortals did. The slayer boy had been visiting more and more, and he knew the time they would share was growing short. Quietly, he took his usual place in the corner of the room, sitting with on arm resting on his knee with eyes closed as she talked about what she had been doing for the pass three days.

Sesshomaru never expected to be taken into the role of fatherhood. The demon lord had an empire to build and one which would surpass his own father at that. He had little time to spend, and whatever free time he deemed, he used visiting Rin. Even if he did leave her in the care of the old priestess to train her in matters which were human, he showed her a world humans could only dream of or imagine. That was how he raised her, to be strong and to go beyond the limits of her human expectations. However, it was her sudden change in topic to the slayer boy which stopped his breathing and had him open his eyes.

Rin did not look at him as she talked about their trip to the lake. Her cheeks turned red at how she described how they playfully pushed each other in the water and laid upon the grass. Perhaps she would be leaving her childhood behind faster than he expected. The large and warm smile on his face told him that maybe sometime soon, once young slayer boy would be approaching him as a man and ask for Rin. Closing his eyes again, he listened, enjoying the moments he would have now. Tomorrow, he would work on deciding if the faith of demons really were doomed to never walk on the Earth again.

You did not sleep the first night he left. You honestly expected him to jump scare you out of nowhere. You don’t really know why, but you had come to figure that maybe he had a twisted sense of humor. Then again these were half tired thoughts as you also imagined what on Earth he had to do to keep his hair so beautiful while being in a time where shampoo and conditioner were not a thing. The first day he was gone, you were unsure if it all really happened. Until you were recruited to put in the new door for the well’s shrine. On the second day, you were reminded why you came to Japan in the first place.

Excitedly you opened your letter, a hopeful smile on your face as you read the first line. As your eyes travelled down the page, your smile fell. Another rejection letter. Pressing your lips tightly together you sighed through your nose. You would have to make another one and try again. That lead to hours of staying up late, pens, papers, textures, cutting, and everything else. You would make another thirty-page pilot for a new manga idea you had brewing in the back burner. You had a binder of ideas, and you would make comics for each of them until one was a hit. As you worked long and hard, you only called it a night when you began to see double on the paper.

When the third day arrived, you had forgotten about the promise the demon had made to return the following day. Shivering slightly at the chill breeze that went passed, you swore as the pile of leaves you swept were blow away. You were really too tired to deal with nature working against you. Grumbling to yourself, you walked over to the scattered leaves and began piling them again only for them to again escape you. Letting your arm go slack, you looked to the sky and whimpered. Today was not your day.

“Miss, could you direct me to the ancient tree?”

Now I have tourist to deal with. Putting on your best smile you turned to the person. “Su-re”. You blinked in surprise at the person. You could not completely tell if they were male or female, but they were beautiful in their traditional clothing.

“Thank you.” They smiled happily.

You lead the way and tried not to think of the person behind you. They had other plans.

“I came for an errand for my dad. My sisters are somewhere around here with my grandmother. Probably at the gift shot.”

“Ahuh, are you locals?” You looked over your shoulder.

He gave a toothy grin. “Kind of. We own some land outside the city.” Charisma oozed off the young man.

“I see.” You faced forward and stopped in front of the tree. “Here’s the sacred tree-what are you doing?”

The young man whistled as he kicked up some dirt. You began to panic as you looked around in fear that the old man would come storming out the gift shop, yelling at you and the guest.

“Ah, there it is.” You looked back over to see him pull out an old box before filling the hole and patting it down. “This should do it.” He dropped some kind of powder on the ground before walking towards you. “Thanks for your help.”

“W-w-wait! That could belong to the old man!” You panicked.

“Nah. The only old man this belongs to is one who can be a real pain to live with.” He chuckled as he pocketed the box. “See you around.”

As he began walking he stopped and looked at you from the corner of his eyes. “By the way, don’t let anyone bully you. You’re a lot tougher than you give yourself credit for.”

“HEY!”

You called but he just waved at you to join a group of three waiting by the shrine steps. As you watched them walk off, your brain did some mental math… none of those people with him looked old enough to be a grandmother.

“You were meant to avoid her.” A stern famine voice directed at the young man.

“Eh, I got curious. Wouldn’t you be.”

“You were told…”

“Ah! You worry too much.” The other young woman stated to the other.

“He should know better! We shouldn’t go easy on him since hes the baby.”

“I guess…”

“Children, children.” The older appearing woman called, a smirk on her painted lips. “He can’t help himself. Afterall, his namesake should be enough to explain his actions.” She watched as he pulled the hairpin from the box. “Isn’t that right, Toga?”

The young man smiled as he held up the pin. “You would know, grandmother.”

I made an image of what his son might look like based on how Sesshomaru's other children look. And I am very happy with how it came out!!!! I really enjoyed writing this and I super enjoyed making this autumn artwork!!!!!

This was meant to be a modern Sesshomaru but went against it cause the hair. Already working on how he might look, just fyi!

So fucking tempted to do an x reader but like three characters. This one would be for Naraku, Sesshomaru and Koga from the anime/manga series Inuyasha! I'm thinking of making the reader either a fox demon or priestess! Thoughts? I'm doing way too many stories right now haha...

I Met This Man (Sesshomaru x FtM Reader)

The one shot is quite short, and the whole one shot isn't about the reader being trans!

You often followed Kagome through the well in her family’s shrine, travelling back into another era. Inuyasha and the others knew you quite well, but you never stuck with them for long. You loved to explore the era. You were a huge history buff, so it was like a living dream. Yet, all the textbooks had never said anything about yokai or the Shikon Jewel. It only made things more exciting for you, though.

You made your way through the thicket of trees, right after ditching Kagome. Not that she was surprised. You saw a little girl run this way, just a few minutes ago, and you had to make sure she was okay. She was all alone, and that was not a good thing in this era. You climb through deeper, suddenly halting. You could hear her speaking. 

“Lord Sesshomaru! Rin saw another girl with Miss Kagome and her friends!” She was talking about you…Although you wanted to correct her, you were a guy, after all. 

“Another one? Thank you, Rin. This Sesshomaru shall check it out.” You mentally cringed at the way the two spoke. As if in the third person. You peeked through the bushes, almost letting out a gasp as you noticed no one was there. Then where did the conversation come from? Had you imagined it?

“Is this the girl you were speaking of, Rin?” You let out a loud yelp of surprise, whipping your head around. There stood a tall yokai. He was, well, breathtaking. You blushed a deep crimson and gulped. The little girl, Rin, nodded excitedly. Sesshomaru looked down at you, looking you up and down. 

“They seem to be no threat to us, Rin. Let us get going.” He says, touching Rin’s back, and motioning for her to leave. 

“W-wait!” You finally speak up, after cooling yourself down. Sesshomaru looks back at you, raising an eyebrow, yet his face still stayed stone-like. 

“How do you know Kagome?” You asked, your nerves causing you to stumble a bit on your words. Sesshomaru sighed and rolled his eyes.

“Miss Miko is helping my disgusting half-breed brother.” You stare at him, wide-eyed. Inuyasha was his brother?! That actually kind of made sense. They do have a few similarities. 

“What about you, ma’am? How do you know my brother and miss Miko?” He asked calmly. You laugh before answering.

“Kagome is my best friend in our era. Sometimes I go with her here, yet I don’t stick with them very much.” You explain to the taller man. He nodded.

“That is dangerous. To go around by yourself.” He says, his eyes locking onto yours. You smile.

“Then why don’t I follow you  guys for a bit?” You giggled, grinning. Sesshomaru looks taken aback for a moment before regaining his posture. 

“What gives you the idea I would be okay with that? This Sesshomaru doesn’t even know your name.” You paused for a moment, realising he was right.

“It’s Y/n.” You say blankly. 

“That's a masculine name. Did your parents want a boy?” You cringed, fidgeting with your hands.

“No, I am a boy.” He goes quiet for a moment.

“My deepest apologies.” He says, yet showed no sign of actually being sorry. You sighed.

“I’ll just go back to my own era then. See you one day!” You say before getting off your ass and dusting it off. 

“You can follow us if you desire.” You look at him, only to find him already walking away. A grin spreads onto your face as you catch up to him.

“What’s with the goofy grin on your face, Y/n?” Kagome asks as you return to the well. You giggle and touch your cheeks, making everyone look at you confused. 

“I met this man…” Kagome groaned.

“What was this man's name..?” She asked, impatient. You looked at Inuyasha, who also seemed mildly curious.

“Inuyasha knows him quite well.” The half-breed raised an eyebrow for a moment before gasping.

“WHAT!?” He yells, losing his balance. Kagome was still confused, looking at you.

“It’s Sesshomaru..” You giggled, as Kagome stared at you wide-eyed.
